Our mission
My mission is to help women and entrepreneurs break generational financial cycles by giving them the education, tools, resources, and support to create more options for themselves and their families.
Through In The Bagg with Catt and my partnership with Novae, I help people strengthen their financial foundation, better understand and leverage credit, explore funding opportunities, and build businesses.
Our story
Hey! I’m Sara “Catt” Berry; a wife, mom, entrepreneur, and financial empowerment advocate.
I was raised by a single mother, and growing up, I witnessed firsthand how debt, past financial decisions, and simply navigating life with limited options can affect a family. My mom worked hard and did what she could with what she had, but I also saw how difficult it can be to move forward when previous mistakes continue following you financially.
That stayed with me.
As I got older, and especially after becoming a wife and mother myself, I began looking at money differently. I didn’t just want to make more of it. I wanted to understand how credit, business ownership, funding, and financial tools could be used to create options.
The more I learned, the more I realized how many people are working hard every day but still don’t know what’s available to them or how to position themselves to take advantage of it. Sometimes the difference between surviving and building isn’t a lack of ambition; it’s access, strategy, and knowing what moves to make next.
That realization changed the direction of my life and ultimately became the foundation for In The Bagg with Catt.
Today, I’m building something I wish more families had access to: a place to learn, grow, make better financial decisions, and create opportunities that can change what the next generation inherits.
My story started with witnessing limited options. I’m determined for my family’s story, and the families I serve, to continue with more of them.
